How long will it take for my design package to be completed?

The time it takes to deliver your branding or web and social media package will depend on the option you choose as well as the time it takes to receive feedback. 

The general delivery timelines for the different projects are:

  • 1 week: package 1 or 2
  • 2 weeks: package 3
  • 4 weeks: package 4
How does payment work?

AMCreative takes a 50% deposit for all services rendered unless we have a retainer agreement in place with you. 

We're working on an online payment system for businesses who need expedited content.

Packages booked and paid for online will receive priority. 

What is a retainer agreement?

A retainer agreement is a contract between AMCreative and your company which guarantees delivery of certain prerequisites at a certain frequency. 

For instance: we deliver a newsletter for you to distribute to your clients every 15th day of every month. 

The retainer guarantees service delivery and puts you on the podium when it comes to our timelines and availability. Basically we are greedy like that and prefer to do work for the clients who pay our bills.

Under this agreement you or your company will need to pay us a set monthly fee for these services and this agreement will continue indefinitely until one of us waves a red flag. 

A retainer will also see to it that you get some discounts, extra info, insider knowledge and all that lovely marketing jazz. We also tend to burn some midnight and weekend oil for our retain

Is AMCreative VAT registered?


As a small startup company AMCreative is not registered for VAT. We don't yet meet the requirements for VAT registration, so no VAT on invoices. 

Does AMCreative offer international services?


We already have a few international clients on the book.

The rates for international services may vary, though, depending on the tax implications of providing services and receiving offshore funds from your region.

Is AMCreative a registered business?

Yessir! AMCreative is registered under the trade name Adelheid Manefeldt Creative (Pty) Ltd. and authorised to provide creative services to you. 

What if AMCreative makes errors on my work?

Well, firstly - our bad!


No, we take full responsibility for any errors or mistakes made from our side. We do know that mistakes happen and we encourage our team to be accountable and raise their hands when something hits a fan, so we welcome feedback from clients before moping in the corner.

If we make any errors in our work you can expect us to rectify these errors post-haste. We'll also deduct the relevant hours or rates from your bill for big booboos as we pride ourselves in stellar content delivery.

Unfortunately we can't be held accountable for erroneous information which needed to go past the eyes of your sign-off team or legal eagles. Please ensure that you have their okay before using the content. 

What if I don't like the work or don't want to use it?

Of course it goes without saying that our hearts will be totes broken. 

Unfortunately we still need to buy some caffeine irrespective of whether or not our work meets expectations (though we can't see how this would be possible).

This means we will require payment for services agreed on even if you're not happy. 

BUT, if you aren't happy we will go out of our way to remedy the situation and deliver something that perks you up.  

What will you do with my personal information or sensitive company info?

AMCreative believes in keeping your personal information safe and we definitely won't share those grand business ideas with any other clients. 

We will only share information pertaining to your company for our portfolio and for our own databases. Your information will not be distributed to anyone unless we require authentication or authorisation or are required to do so by men in black suits attending courts and stuff. 

Why do I need web maintenance after my site has been completed?

Unfortunately websites are like tamagotchis - if you don't tend them they die. 

Since we use premium themes and plugins for our sites (designed in Wordpress), we will need to check in on the site every now and then to see that everything is upgraded, fixed, installed and optimised for new SEO algorithms and best practice. 

Of course, if we design your Wordpress site and you choose to host and maintain the site on your own, we can't fix what's broke for you. 

Why don't you have more work in your portfolio?

We often work with sensitive client information or ghost-write content for companies or individuals. 

This means we can't always share the work we've done or often produce content which is part of conceptual streams and therefore not the shiny end-product clients receive.
